This is pure wildflower honey that we harvest from our personal beehives in the Piedmont of North Carolina. Harvested April through May. Nectar sources include black locust, blackberry, clover, dewberry, blueberry, and various other wildflowers. Light and sweet flavor profile. Easy on the palate and smooth. Perfect in a cup of tea, coffee, or on top of some buttermilk biscuits.
